     Title: L-23 Sale Ballots Posted

A membership vote to authorize sale and replacement of the Blanik L-23 is underway, ballots are in the mail.  Please respond ASAP.

Ballots have been sent out asking the members for authorization to sell the Blanik and purchase a replacement 2-place trainer.  CSA bylaws require mail-in votes to remain open for 30 days, but do not restrict us from counting received ballots sooner if it appears that enough votes have been received to decide the issue.   We have a current interest in the L-23 from another club, so if the bulk of the ballots are returned quickly we can count early and hopefully come to a quick decision.
