L-23 sale and replacement purchase approved by member vote.

The voting period has ended with no further votes received, so the interim count will stand as final.  All 3 questions passed, by about 9:1 margins.

As a reminder, the authorized actions are:

1) To sell our L-23

2) To locate and purchase an appropriate 2-place trainer as replacement

3) To take out a loan for the difference, and to apply tow surcharges to cover repayment.
